  • Niƙa ta atomatik cikakke: niƙa mai ƙarfi, miya, niƙa mai kyau, babu tartsatsin wuta Aikin zagayowar niƙa.
  • Zabin madaidaicin maganadisu mai aiki tare da madaurin lantarki na iya fitar da karfin juyi mafi girma da kuma cimma nika mai ƙarfi.
  • Yanayin miya shine miya ta atomatik ta CNC:
(1) Idan ana amfani da dabaran niƙa lu'u-lu'u ko kuma dabaran niƙa na CBN, ana iya zaɓar yanayin miya ba tare da gyara ba.
(2) Ga kayan aikin da ke da wahalar niƙa, ana iya zaɓar hanyoyin gyara da gyarawa da yawa don tabbatar da ingancin sarrafawa mafi kyau.
  • A lokacin samar da kayayyaki da yawa, ana iya ƙara na'urorin sarrafa kansa kamar masu sarrafa kansu da robot.
  • Ana iya zaɓar hanyoyi daban-daban na ɗaurewa don daidaitawa da siffofi daban-daban na kayan aikin.

Ana yin amfani da ƙarfe mai ƙarfi na Milhanna FC30, wanda aka daidaita shi da zafi ta hanyar wucin gadi sannan a yi masa magani ta hanyar tsufa ta halitta. Ana sarrafa sassan ta hanyar YASDA, MITSUI SEIKI, TOSHIBA, ELB da sauran kayan aiki na duniya bayan an gama sarrafa su. Girman daidaito na iya kaiwa matakin micron, don tabbatar da ingantaccen kayan aiki na asali.

 

Tsarin man shafawa ta atomatik

Ana ci gaba da shafa man shafawa a kan layin jagora na injina da kuma sukurori masu daidaici ta hanyar amfani da tsarin shafawa ta atomatik don tabbatar da tsawon rai da daidaito na aiki. Tsarin sanyaya yana rabuwa da jiki don kawar da girgiza da kuma fitar da zafi mai kyau.
